Band You’ve Probably Never Heard Of: Moneytree

From: London
Bio: Brothers Campbell and Ollie Austin have been through a lot in their band’s 12 year existence. Despite numerous line-up changes, they are now releasing the third E.P. in The Great Indoors trilogy, already gathering rave reviews amongst audiences and critics alike.
Why Should I?
Latest EP, The Great Indoors Part III (produced by Joe Gibb – The Kinks, David Bowie, Million Dead) was recorded live in a remote Welsh cottage and captures their intense live performance style to record. Diverse and beautifully constructed, this epic E.P. combines intricate soundscapey instrumentals with heart-felt, social commentaries. Part III (as with previous E.P.s) hosts a number of collaborations: Band Of Skulls, Thomas Tantrum, Mumford and Sons and Mysteryjets are a few of their famous friends that have lent a hand.
Grab their E.P.s on iTunes and get down to a gig while you still have the chance to catch them intimate venues – Moneytree are well on their way.
Listen to:  A song for brothers (The Great Indoors Part 3), Cinema (The Great Indoors Part 2)
